Returns & Exchanges  100-Day Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 100 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Step 1: Request a Return Form

Step 2: Pack & Ship Your Return

  • Securely pack the item(s) and include the completed return form.
  • Clearly mark “Return” on the outside of the package.
  • Use a trackable, insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  • Email us your tracking number at help@malivo-toronto.com.
  • Once we receive the package, we will:
    • Process your refund within 5 business days
    • Or send your exchange item as soon as possible.

Important Information

  • All items, including promotional items, can be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns without a tracking number cannot be processed.
  • Ensure items are packed properly to prevent damage in transit.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear bras and similar intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.
